Reservation Deposit:

Less than full week:  1 night stay

Week or more:  20%

Cancellation policy for spring, summer & fall:

If a reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to check-in, a full refund will be issued.  If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of check-in, the security deposit will be forfeited.  If you book another stay within 90 days, we will apply that deposit to the new stay.  If you do not book for another stay and we can rent the unit, we will return 90% of your deposit.   

Cancellation policy for winter:

Snowmobile cancellations will not be charged a cancellation fee providing that there is not snow to snowmobile, or the lakes are not frozen which limits snowmobiling as well.  Same deposits are required, but will be returned in full.

A credit card is required to hold your room at the time of reservation, however we would like the deposit mailed to us in the form of check.

Minimum Stay:

A 4 night minimum stay is required between 12/25/07-01/01/08 and 06/14/08-09/05/08
